Games Workshop Adepta Sororitas: Battle Sisters Squad

Background

The Sisters of Battle are the military arm of the Ecclesiarchy.  Ferociously devout, they are usually grouped into squads of 10 led by a veteran Sister Superior. While the majority of Sisters will carry a Bolter, a revered and holy weapon that forms part of the Imperial Creeds Holy Trinity of firepower alongside the Flamer and Melta, some Sisters will be trained to wield more powerful weapons such as the Storm Bolter, Meltagun or the terrifying Heavy Flamer. One Sister may be blessed with the responsibility of carrying a Simulacrum Imperialis, a sacred relic that the Sisters will die to protect, fighting beyond mortal limits in the throes of their Faith. The Sister Superior is armed with weapons that reflect her veterancy, a brutal Chainsword or elegant Power Sword for close combat, and a masterfully crafted combi-weapon which marries the firepower of a bolter with a more specialised weapon system.

Kit

The kit contains parts to build 10 Battle Sisters with Boltguns. There are also options for two sisters to carry a special weapon such as a Storm Bolter, Meltagun or Flamer. Alternatively the squad can be built to carry one special weapon and one heavy weapon such as a Heavy Bolter or Heavy Flamer. The kit also contains parts to build a sister with Simulacrum Imperialis with a choice of 2 variants. Finally the kit includes an Incensor Cherub, a grotesque creation that can give your Sisters an extra miracle dice, and parts to build a Sister Superior with a wealth of weapon options including a Chainsword, Power Sword, Condemnor Boltgun, and three variants of Combi-weapon (flamer, melta or plasma).

This set is supplied in 179 plastic components and contains 10x Citadel 32mm Round Bases and 1x Citadel 25mm Round Base. An Adepta Sororitas Transfer Sheet is also included.
